Setrak Agonian named Outstanding American in the National Wrestling Hall of Fame

On August 26 2007 the president of International Creative Metal, Mr. Setrak Agonian was officially inducted to the National Wrestling Hall of Fame in the Long Island, NY Chapter as Outstanding American for his tremenous support for the sport of Wrestling on both national and international level. Mr Agonian is a long time wrestling supporter and during his career as member and president of the Metropolitan Wrestling Association, New York he actively organized and led numerous wrestling events like the World Championship in Freestyle Wrestling Men and Women‘s in 2007 that was held in Madison Square Garden, New York City.

The New York City Sports Commission organized special reception in the New York Athletic Club‘s Hall of Fame to honor Mr. Agonian for his outstanding support of wrestling during the years and honor him for his induction to the National Wrestling Hall of Fame. The event was organized by the NYC Sports Commissioner Mr. Kenneth Podziba. NYC Mayor Micheal Bloomberg issued a special proclamation claiming August 26th to be National Wrestling Hall of Fame Day in New York City.
